New Patient Special!

Complimentary spinal screening for all new patients. Screening will include a private consultation with Dr. Nadeau, a spinal alignment check, a screening for restricted or excess motion in the spine, and identify any possible swelling or muscle spasms around the joints of the spine. If x-rays or other tests are necessary to arrive at a diagnosis, you will be advised of any cost before proceeding. No expiration.
